Engine Shipping

GOAT Engines charges a flat $299 shipping rate for engine orders. This rate covers shipping your engine from GOAT Engines to the delivery address provided with your order.

We keep this flat rate simple and affordable so you know the freight cost before placing your order.

Core Return Shipping

If your purchase includes a refundable core charge and you choose to return your eligible core using our freight arrangement, return shipping is also $299. You do not pay that return freight charge up front. The $299 return shipping cost is deducted from your approved core refund after the core is received and inspected.

Example: if your approved core refund is $1,000, the refund issued after the $299 return freight deduction would be $701.

Core Return Process

  1. Contact GOAT Engines before shipping a core.
  2. We will provide return instructions and coordinate the approved freight shipment.
  3. Secure and package the core using the instructions provided.
  4. After the core is received and inspected, any applicable core refund will be processed, less the $299 return freight charge and any deductions allowed under the product's core-return terms.

Delivery and Inspection

Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact information. Freight carriers may contact you to arrange delivery.

Inspect the shipment when it arrives. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery paperwork and contact GOAT Engines promptly with photographs of the packaging and engine.
